Can I enter Ukraine?

You can enter Ukraine. Nevertheless, please note that covid-related restrictions are in place.

Can I enter Ukraine if I am vaccinated?

You can enter Ukraine if you are vaccinated. You are considered fully vaccinated if you have had a complete vaccination course at least 14 days before arriving in Ukraine.
